Dine in style at Galena Lodge and feast upon delicious local foods prepared by Don and Erin. The Lodge will be featuring a bean dish to collaborate with our year-long focus on Idaho foods.
Soup : Acorn squash bisque with toasted seeds and parsley oil Entrée choices - Idaho Sturgeon, poached and served with a green chili sauce over refried white beans with a winter squash compote
- Or Lava lake lamb shoulder , lightly smoked then braised with local potatoes, herbs and wine over winter squash puree
- Or Vegetable torta, winter vegetables and potatoes baked into a Spanish style torta over winter squash puree
