The CEC, in partnership with Traffic Solutions and Samy's Camera, is presenting a special Screening Event and Awards Ceremony at the Lobero Theatre this Friday for dozens of the top rated two-minute short films entered into the Green Shorts Film Festival. Tickets for the event will be $8.50 at the door or in advance at www.lobero.com.
