Commuter Challenge Sparks Upcoming Surrey Race Amongst Top Ranked Employers
To Kick-off the 2009 Commuter Challenge, Traffic Solutions is holding a Press Conference and Surrey Race Spectacle, in which the top five winning employers from last year's Commuter Challenge will face-off for #1 in a five-person team Surrey Race on Cota and State Street. Rumor has it that Mayor Marty Blum and 1st District Supervisor Salud Carbajal could face off in the competition to settle an upset from last year in which the City of Santa Barbara beat the County of Santa Barbara in the Large Employer Category.
