Basics of Family Law

Many individuals with family law problems in our community cannot afford an attorney. These individuals are being denied access to their children or property and cannot navigate the legal system themselves in order to obtain a divorce and/or custody and child support. This seminar, presented by Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, will assist attorneys in helping these community members.

The cost of seminar attendance is acceptance of one NEW pro bono family law case from the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada's Pro Bono Project.
