Professionalism in a Box
Presented by the Real Property Section

Questions dealing with issues of professionalism do not generate easy answers. For that reason, it is important that the issues be discussed and debated among practicing lawyers. The materials from this seminar are intended to be used in a discussion setting, in order to encourage conversation and debate among the program attendees.

The program is divided into three segments which focus on the principles of lawyer independence, lawyer truthfulness and lawyer civility. Each segment begins with the presentation of a hypothetical fact situation and is followed by discussion questions and resource materials.
