Dear Friend of BBB:
Several weeks ago you were sent an email explaining the opportunities available to you and your business or organization (most of no cost) for Cruise Night in Boyertown.
On Saturday, June 19, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Building a Better Boyertown (BBB) will be hosting Boyertown's 3rd Annual Cruise Night.
BBB would like to welcome all Vehicle Enthusiasts (car or truck) to join us for our Cruise Night in downtown Boyertown. *A rain date is scheduled for July 17, 2010
Last year over 250 vehicles registered for this event, and about 700 spectators participated in this day of Family Fun.
At this time, BBB would like to offer our Downtown Businesses and Business Members a choice of various marketing opportunities. However, the deadline for these opportunities is coming fast, June 1, 2010. If you would like any further information or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

 Volunteers are still needed for this event,
June 19 3-8 (rain date July 17).
2 hour shifts, various duties available.
4-6pm and 6-8pm
*FREE registration for participants who schedule to volunteer
*FREE "staff" t-shirt for anyone who volunteers for "barrier" or "parking" duty
*Special announcement of appreciation to any businesses or groups/organizations that volunteer for 2 or more hours during the event, in press releases, on all BBB's social media outlets and website

GRAB BAG ITEMS are still needed
*Business promotional items that will be placed in over 100 participant bags
Pens, note pads, magnets, coupons, candy, calendars YOU NAME IT
This is a FREE offer

 SPONSORS are still needed * Lots of "perks" included: Logo on event t-shirts, Professionally recorded commercial announced on DJ tags, Logo and information posted on BBB's website and all social media, Vendor Location day of event, Trophy plaque to present to a vehicle of your choice

Building A Better Boyertown (BBB) would like to extend our gratitude to the Borough of Boyertown, the Boyertown Friendship Hook and Ladder Fire Co., and the Keystone Fire Co. and all of the volunteers for all of their assistance at this event and all other BBB events.
It is through the generosity of volunteers and employees such as those who provide civic services that Building a Better Boyertown is able to carry out its vision of Boyertown as an appealing destination town.
