 One of the most exciting projects underway is a major Streetscape renovation in the Boyertown commercial district.  The project will have a dramatic effect on visitation and increase property values in the downtown area.  There are already several community events such as Third Saturday and the Boyertown Farmer's Market that provide additional pedestrian traffic in the downtown area.  The streetscape project will only enhance the transformation that is occurring right now.
