Thanks for attending "Imaginings," the SA Tag Sale, & Sunday Funday!
Thank you for attending the following June events:
As part of the annual Atlantic Avenue ArtWalk, SA hosted "Imaginings," the newest show from the Broad Visions Art Consortium, a group of retired Brooklyn teachers who meet weekly to create art. A heartfelt thank you to all the participating artists and congratulations to Broad Visions leaders Barbara, Janet, & Elaine!
We had a great time at the Smith Street Sunday Funday on June 27! SA's table featured arts & crafts, face painting, & button making. Thanks to volunteers Paul & Frankie for helping out throughout the day!
And our seasonal Tag Sale was a big success! We sold books, cards, student-made artwork, clothing, and delicious baked goods. Thanks to volunteers Duncan & Luba for all the hard work and for keeping our customers refreshed with iced tea and cupcakes!
