Experts' Estimates
Jewish genealogists have recently established a
good, conservative estimate on the number of Anusim
in the Americas. I'm referring to Canada, the U.S.,
Mexico, Central and South America and certain
islands of the Caribbean. Experts are saying that
at least 10% of all Hispanic/Latinos have Sephardic
roots. This may sound like a low figure but the
actual number is really huge. Nonetheless, I earnestly
believe the percentage is more like 15% and possibly
higher in certain geographic areas such as America's
Southwest.
For instance, the U.S. alone has 44.3 million Latinos.
Texas is home to 25% of America's Latinos with 8.3
million and California has 13.1 million Latinos.
There are staggering numbers just south of the
border. For instance, Cuba has a little over 11 million
(11,394,043), Puerto Rico has close to 4 million
(3,944,259), and Mexico has 108.8 million.
Conversely, Central America has 40 million and South
America has close to a 400 million. So, in the light of
Jewish genealogists, historians and key rabbis, what
might this translate into?
When you add up all these figures you come up with
around 608 million precious Latino souls in our
Western Hemisphere. It doesn't take a
mathematician to figure out that the tithe of 608 million
is close to 61 million Latinos that have Sephardic
roots and bloodlines. The incredible thing is that the
overwhelming majority don't even know that their
blood is crying out to reconnect with their Jewish
family, particularly with the land of their inheritance
which is the Negev according to the Obadiah vision,
verse 20.

I am persuaded that God has shown to me that the
Sephardim of Colorado are the "heart" and
New Mexico is the "head" of American
Anusim. Strangely enough, I believe God has
placed Texas at the "feet," as spurs to spur one
another to love; and to mobilize the American Anusim
towards their Divine destiny of possessing the Negev
and collaborating in the blossoming of the desert.
Having shared all this information with you, may I
kindly ask you to pray for us and ask God for direction
on how you might lend us a hand with this
monumental challenge? The time has finally arrived
when we have Anusim waiting on the side lines ready
to be launched to "our Negev." And we also have the
actual officials and locations where we can begin to
build a home for American Anusim in their prophesied
land of the Negev.
