Partners In Care Launches Geriatric Care Management Agency
Partners In Care is proud to announce the launch of our new "sister company," Frontline Geriatric Care Management. As the premier in-home caregiving company in the greater Charlotte and Lake Norman areas, "Partners In Care's expansion into providing geriatric care management services was a natural progression for us," says Sally Olin, co-owner of both Partners In Care and Frontline GCM. Staffed with the best Care Managers in our area, Frontline Geriatric Care Management's primary focus is to serve as a professional advisor for long term care needs. We serve as a medical liaison for our clients, provide them with counseling and support, and work to ensure the patient's rights and quality of care.
