WOW!! I was very impressed with how the survey results turned out. I got some great feedback and comments and I can't wait to grow Freedoms online community even more. As I stated before, we currently have over 3200 contacts that we email frequently and I can only hope that this number will grow exponentially as we move forward. I intend to use the data collected to offer more deals, more often. When asked what you wanted to see most in our emails you overwhelmingly answered "Deals and Discounts" and that is what I'll give you.

After finally sorting through all of the results of the survey I finally came to one conclusion....

98% of you are looking for a deal, but you all want a deal on something different. It's sort of obvious once you think of it. Some of you haven't purchased a unit yet, so what good is a discount on accessories to you? While others of you have just recently purchased and want deals to accessorize your new toy. Then of course, the rest of you want to get that old thing up and running again and you need a discount on service. I'd love to be able to offer you a deal on everything all at once but then we would turn into a wholesale establishment and what good would that do either of us.....

We're desperately trying to spark some interest in online ordering. Many of you however, haven't taken the time to check out how easy it really is to order from us online. In the near future we will be offering a permanent discount on all online orders and hopefully that will spark some interest. In the meantime enjoy this weeks deal of the week.

We are a typical power sports dealership and we can only afford to keep so much stuff in stock. A lot of the accessories that you want will have to be ordered. That requires coming into the dealership, standing in line, looking through a catalog and finally ordering the part which will arrive in about 3-5 days.

Why not cut all of that out. Browse at home, look at the same catalogs that you would look at in the store, process your order an we will call you when it comes in. All while saving more money than in the store!!!
