MOST contaminated 

Peaches Apples Sweet bell peppers Celery Nectarines Strawberries Cherries Lettuce Grapes - Imported Pears Spinach Potatoes

 
LEAST contaminated foods were Sweet corn (frozen), Mango, Pineapple, Avocado, and Onion.  These can be purchased "conventional".

What to do about Radiation Risk?  

1.  Potassium Iodide (KI)- for precautionary measures (not for acute exposure) one can take 10-40mg per day taken in tablet form

 

2.  Other supplements that are protective are Vitamin D3 and radiationVitamin K. 

 

3.  Other Radiation Dangers - Cesium 137
Consume high potassium foods such as avocados, sea vegetables, leafy green vegetables.  It is more effective to absorb potassium from foods in than to take supplementation here.
