You will learn how to guide yourself into deep presence, into the Heart of Hearts by way of the Samyama practice.  I was initiated into the practice of Samyama many years ago, and have used it daily ever since. It is a radically, life-changing practice, especially useful during difficult times. It also opens one to nondual awareness, spaciousness, and peace.

This is a Pre-requisite for the Samyama Healing Training in MD in June.

With training practitioners can incorporate Samyama into their current work  and learn to work from a nondual perspective.
