Dear Ones,
As the days get shorter, the nights longer, Winter Solstice
and the Holy Days approach, we light the fires and snuggle in for extra warmth
by the hearth, literally and/or symbolically. We have an opportunity to turn
our attention inward, toward the hearth our heart, our body's needs, our
dreams, musings, and feelings that may have fallen beneath the surface of consciousness in the
busy-ness of summer and fall.
What is happening now in your heart? Have you
checked in lately to feel, listen, reflect on what is here right now, or what
this past year has brought to this very moment? Are you longing for anything? Is
anything or anyone missing, incomplete? Are you allowing grief to take its turn by the
hearth? How is your mysterious body
doing--is it 'talking' to you with symptoms, and are you listening? Is it time to
say "Yes" or "No"? How would it be to do nothing for awhile? Just sit, be, rest as awareness,
listen, dream...
I have put forth the Dark Mother
Grief telly and the Art from Spaciousness telly as wonder-full vessels for
going inward, being with self, quieting the mind. Dealing with Our Inner Demons will also assist in bringing peace to your heart. If you have wonderings about

We all have what we might call inner demons: those inner voices that are
negative, judgmental, critical, & self-sabotaging. We may have persistent
physical symptoms, addictions, or recurrent painful emotional experiences that undermine
our confidence, inspire despair, frustration, hopelessness, and that feeling of
'what's the point?'
Our inner demons can cut off our
hearts, our joy, our creativity & life force. They can be mean and obvious,
or insidiously subtle. They can also be 'family demons'-dysfunctionalpatterns,
such as denial, that are very present in us, our family of origin and our
lineage.
In this tele-temple, you will learn a powerful
practice for meeting your demons and transforming them into your allies. The
process is adapted from an ancient Tibetan practice. It will include guided
meditation and discussion in each session. The process is gentle, powerful, and
full of discoveries.

I have stewarded a women's mystery school in Maryland since the mid-eighties and I keep hearing that women here want a safe and powerful vessel for Eve-olution that offers a deep, feminine, soulful, embodied spirituality to support them personally as women and in their work in the world.
