In this tele-temple, you will learn a practice for meeting your demons and transforming them into your allies.

four 90-minute sessions: 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15 ~ 3pm PT, 4pm MT, 6pm ET
While this will add a whole new dimension to your art making, it is truly a spiritual practice for bringing joy and awareness into your everyday life. The impact of this practice and process with spread through other areas of your creative life. You will increasingly see with a full bodymind awareness. This day will be given to working with the shadow of the Mother archetype. Whether you are a daughter dealing with your own mother issues, or a mother dealing with what is it to be a mother. Body issues and addictions are very connected to the Mother archetype, particularly food addictions.
