Women's Temple Initiation is a profound and mysterious thing. This Temple had its birth in 1983 as the Temenos Center, where workshops and trainings were offered in Jungian psychology and the archetypal Feminine. The Temple and its living field of consciousness has been unfolding and evolving as a vital contemporary Women's Mystery School and ongoing community ever since.
Participation brings about radical paradigm shifts, deep healing, and awakening within the accumulated field of the Sacred Feminine energies. Archetypal initiations bring forth hidden treasures and empower women in unimagined or longed-for ways. Awakening into non-dual awareness happens.
This Year's Temple is going to address the unique place we each have in the Great Cosmic Shift that we are now in. Winter Solstice, December 21, 2012, is the date given by the Mayans and others as the date when the earth tilts on its axis toward the center of the Milky Way, the Great Central Sun, shifting the magnetic fields of the earth. As we tilt toward the center of our galaxy, we are more affected by the magnetic energy of it.
We are in the field of 2012 NOW-it's happening NOW! This Galactic Alignment, which began with the Harmonic Convergence in 1987 and will conclude in 2023, presents a thirty-six-year window of opportunity for humanity to participate in the creation of a new era of expanded consciousness and living from the Heart.
 This is a CALL to Women: World teachers, medicine people, indigenous people, gurus are saying that WOMEN ARE NEEDED to bring in the Feminine Energies for this shift: Grandmothers and Crones, Mothers and Amazon Warrior Women, Activists and Pacifists, Lovers of Earth and Embodiment, the Shamans, Visionaries, Artists, Writers, Medicine Women, Midwives, Business Women, Teachers, Healers, the Wise Women and the Queens--all women who are feeling called to take their place and serve in the grand scheme of things unfolding-even, and especially, if you don't know what that place is or what you have to offer.
This Call is to Elders as well as to Young Women who are just beginning their Sacred Journeys into the world, Mid-Life Women who have raised their children and are called to the Next Step, and for Women who are beginning, in, and completing their second Saturn return, where life as you knew it is over, perhaps still de-constructing, and the New Life is not fully here yet.
If you are feeling a quickening of the Call,
you have a place in the unfolding of this extraordinary time of radical de-construction and re-construction, death and re-birth.

In this upcoming spiral of the Temple, we are going to prepare and empower ourselves and each other to meet and participate in these extraordinary times. Some of our exploration and learning will be in the following areas:

Understanding the cosmic, collective, and personal magnitude of this 2012 shift of consciousness and the planetary changes, and how you are called to participate as it is happening now!

Building the skills to meet chaos, fear, the de-construction of life as we have known it even while mid-wifing the birth of the new life
