Local favorites Kevin Kimes & Beaune Road bring their blend, of folk, country and bluegrass music to the Center this Thursday.

The group got together a few years ago when Kevin Kimes, Dan Mahynski, and Bill White -- special education teachers in Ludington schools by day -- found they shared similar musical passions.  Today, Kevin is principal at Mason County Central School, and lead singer and acoustic guitarist with the band in his spare time.  Dan Mahynski is the bass guitarist, percussionist and vocalist, while Bill White covers acoustic and electric guitar, mandolin, and vocals. 

Dan Haynor joined the band, bringing acoustic and slide guitars and banjo.  And, Carleen Shinn -- music teacher in Ludington Schools, came on board this past winter as female vocalist. 

Admission is $5, which benefits the Center and the musicians performing at this series.  Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.  No reservations needed; just come on down!  The music will go from 8 to 10:00 p.m.
