She has a MA degree in Counseling and has received certification from Dr. William Glasser's Institute of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, as well as, receiving a primary certificate in Rational Emotive Therapy founded by Dr. Albert Ellis. She is an Emotional and Social Competency Inventory accredited professional from the Hay Group to administer their Emotional Intelligence assessments. Judy is currently in a post graduate program for international certification in personal and executive coaching. She is a feedback coach for Olive Gardens, Embracing Leadership Excellence Manager Program, in partnership with Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business.
She continues to conduct her two new training workshops entitled "Building Connections; Bridging Differences" using assessments that specifically target personality styles and their impact on relationship building and relationship management. She recently presented a workshop on leadership development for Disney's EarMarked Conference in Anaheim, California. Judy has also presented for leadership development for the Kentucky State School Districts in conjunction with The University of Kentucky.
