Get Ready to Roll With This Powerful Prep!
Here's a great way to prepare yourself to "go on stage" as a presenter.
- Sit down.
- Lean your torso forward.
- As you breathe audibly, shake your hands, arms and shoulders.
- Stand up! Inhale, and feel your energy pulse. You're ready to roll.
You can also use this activity as a quickie energizer with your participants.

"Twitter" Summary
Use this learner-centered activity to summarize important points from your session.
Ask teams of two to imagine that they will Tweet a colleague about key findings from the session. Remind them of Twitter's 140 character limit, give them 5 minutes, and then ask all to report their Tweets!
