Brain Teaser Challenge
Brain!Guila will award a $10 Starbucks Coffee card to the person with the best idea for using the Brainteaser entitled "Read This Brainteaser..bet you CAN!" here.

Your idea for the brainteaser must be for presentation or training for a group of adults, either electronically or in the classroom. It will be judged both on creativity and in relation to the characteristics of adult learners, above.

Guila must receive your idea(s) by July 31st for you to be eligible for the prize. Have fun!
Quick Facilitation Tip
Try the "What? So What? Now What?"
debriefing technique to deepen learning and spur action.
  • Ask the group "What happened?"to establish a shared description of the experience. Extract details.
  • Dig deeper by asking,"So what? What does this mean to us?"
  • Last, ask"What should happen now?" Record action ideas.
