Hi All ~ I hope this note finds you well and moving through this Summer's Activations with *Ease & Grace*! You will find *support and guidance* on this week's Friday Program, where I proposed a theory that *between* the Capricorn Full Moon (7/15) and the Leo New Moon (7/30) ~ we are *Digesting & Assimilating* the latest round of back-to-back Activations. During this time we are also being extended a type of *Grace* period, in that, we have no "big" Planet-to-Planet Activations (we have several "little" ones) and the Moon is our *Guide*. The Moon rules our *Internal/Emotional* Nature and how we *FEEL* about things. I suggested we use the next two weeks to internally *Process & Integrate* all that has transpired in the last 3-6-9-12 months (if/when we can, during this 2-week period). So much has begun, ended and/or changed permanently, between the Eclipses and the multiple, converging Cycles. Thank God that along the way, the Universe provides these delicious, organic *opportunities* for *Down Time*, similar to the Void-of-Course Moon. Every time the Moon is about to enter a new Sign, it takes a *Time Out* (VOC), sometimes it is 5-minutes, other times it's several hours (or even a full day or more). That is an indication that it is always a good idea to *pause* before "shifting gears" or "shifting focus".

We are at the *Mid-Point* in our Annual Cycle, *Summer* Solstice and the Cancer Energy guides the *Digestion & Assimilation* of the year so far. We have a couple of weeks to work this very personal process, which is leading to a deeper heart-connection come Leo time. The Gate of Power/Cross Qtr (8/7) is going to lead in to an alignment of the Sun (who you are) and Mercury (how you think) and Venus (your values & priorities) on Aug 16th. So even amongst all the changes and upgrades we are all experiencing on one level or another, amazing heart-opening energies are guiding us ever-deeper in to *Truth & Purpose* & providing opportunities along the way for us to love & support each other.

*Summer* Solstice ~ brings another turn of the Wheel, the peak power of the *Light* before it surrenders, moving toward true completion of that which was seeded at *Winter* Solstice. Permanently opposite each other, eternally balancing and re-balancing ... integrating and re-integrating ~ *LIFE*DEATH*LIFE CYCLE ~ ... These Sacred Seasons represent the time of year we should focus on the balance and integration of Light/Darkness ~ Yin/Yang ~ Feminine/Masculine ~ Inner/Outer ~ Cancer/Capricorn. While Winter is a time of rest, replenishment and rejuvenation, *Summer* Solstice is the time of pouring forth, emptying out and fully birthing/releasing your creations (or whatever you've done with your creative energy thus far this year). This is the Mid-Point of the Solar Year, a point of *culmination* and *choice* ~ a time to count your blessings, assess your creations, gather power, and access the courage (Sun) to move forward. This is a balance of your outer world (Capricorn) and your inner world (Cancer) with emphasis on the Sacred Space where you fortify and replenish (Cancer) so you are able to contribute something significant (Capricorn). Be creative and operate from heart-center as you move through this Sacred Season, release what needs to be released and fertilize the next phase of the annual cycle. *Summer* Solstice is time to celebrate the primal creative Force, the mother-of-all-mothers, Mother Earth, by acknowledging the blessed *Container, Nurturer and Protector* that She is for ALL Life on this planet. Connect to and honor your own instinctual nature at this time. And be mindful of the nutrient you take in to your space, mind, body and spirit. Summer is the Sacred Season of maximum *Light* ~ be passionate and be present!

The NEXT *Sacred* Season ~ is a Cross Quarter and considered a *Gate of Power* ~ the in-between ~ the Mid-Point between the *Summer* Solstice and *Fall* Equinox. This is the *Sweet Spot* ~ between all that we've created thus far and what we can *Harvest* and build on to sustain us going forward. This period of Aug 1 - Sept 22 (annually) is all about *PRESERVING* what is growing strong, solid, useful and nourishing ... while releasing density, weight and excess to be composted in to something more useful in the season to come. It's a time of gratitude and celebration, in anticipation of the *Fall* Equinox Season of Harvest. Some call this the *Pre-Harvest*. You can get a jump-start on assessing the year if you've completed your *clearing/releasing* process. If not, this is the final *purge* in preparation for the Harvest Season. Leo/Virgo time presents the annual opportunity to honor this Sacred Season & activate your Heart (Leo) which will automatically facilitate the deeper purification, healing and wholeness (Virgo) in preparation for renewed balance within relationships (Libra).
