This month we are introducing DigiRail digital inking technology for commercial web presses. If you are not aware of what it is and how it can benefit your operations, I urge you to check into it. The system is not only available for new presses, but it can also be retrofitted on some existing Goss presses. This is another example of our commitment to the mission of extending the competitive life of your equipment.

| DigiRail Ink Packs |
 The Goss DigiRail digital ink system has been operating on web offset presses for more than 15 years with over 50,000 packs installed worldwide. It has been redesigned for the commercial heatset market providing the column-width control resolution required by high-quality printers.
The new 12-column DigiRail ink pack accurately delivers a precise quantity of ink at all speeds and under all conditions. This means that prepress coverage data can be fully utilized to preset ink feeds and deliver extremely low start-up waste at very low makeready speeds. The press can then be quickly brought up to running speed with virtually no adjustment to the inking system.
