Annual 128 Top Travel Specialists," Ryan continues

thorough, personal and rewarding safari experiences
in Southern Africa.

publications, this distinction is significant because it

Malaka's T+L Dream Trip Leads to Proposal in
Egypt
In her fourth year as a Travel + Leisure-
recommended SuperAgent specializing in Egypt, ATG
clients know by now that Malaka escorts over-the-
top group packages with all the extras and special
guest appearances, such as next year’s Cruising the Nile with Chef
Roy.
What you may not know is that she continuously
plans perfectly customized getaways to Egypt, often
featuring an excursion to Petra in Jordan, for couples
and families who simply want to experience its
magic.
Last year, Alex Conrad found Malaka through
T+L’s recommendation and decided that Egypt would
be the perfect place to propose.
Alex was impressed by the safety and vibrancy of
Cairo. “More people need to get out and see for
themselves,” he said. “We've been out on our own in
Cairo two nights out of three here. We've really
enjoyed it. The nay-sayers at home who told me how
dangerous it was have obviously never been here. I
only kick myself that I listened as much as I did - I
should know better by now.”

Chartering The Christina O
Imagine lounging in front of the fireplace where
Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor once relaxed.
Sipping a drink at the same bar where JFK first met
Winston Churchill. Or dancing on the deck where
Grace Kelly wed Prince Rainier?
In September, ATG’s Amanda Densmore and Michelle
Andersen recently spent a glorious week onboard,
sailing Mediterranean waters surrounding Villefranche
and Cannes. Overall, they report a sublime
experience: stunning accommodations, lavish service
and excellent dining on top of its historical
significance.
While the mystique of the past is certainly present in
every corner of this sumptuously attired ship, so is
every modern convenience and state-of-the-art
technology. For example, the inlaid mosaic floor of
the swimming pool rises at the push of a button to
form a dance floor.
The Christina O is a perfect choice for a luxuriously
private family reunion or a secluded business retreat.
