Kickoff is Just Around the Korner
Breaking News
The snow is melting and we can actually see grass. We all know what that means. Time to start getting our bodies golf-ready.
We are pleased to welcome special guest Diane Bader of Pine Oaks Golf Course to Kickoff this year. Diane is an LPGA instructor and TPI (Titleist Certified Performance) Golf Fitness certified. She will tell us about specific exercises that will help strengthen our bodies and improve our golf games.

Getting to Know You
This year at Kickoff we want to ensure everyone has the chance to meet. We're going to have a fun activity to facilitate introductions. While you don't have to participate, it's a great way to meet new people.
In preparation, email an interesting fact about yourself to our Social Chair by March 11. Please use a Subject line of, "KO Fun Fact". We encourage information that sets you apart from others, such as "I have a tugboat named after me" or "I once wrecked the same quarter panel of my car four times" or "I have a twin".
At Kickoff, we'll conduct a scavenger hunt for the person that matches each fact. A prize will be awarded for the best "hunter".

Get Ready for an Exciting
2011 Event Season
Ladies, start your engines! Our first event is April 30 at Waverly Oaks Golf Club in Plymouth - one of the many new locations this season.
With a mix of new courses and your old favorites, it's guaranteed to be an action-packed, fun-filled season. Check out all we have in store for you on our Golf Events Information page.  Interested in volunteering to be an Event Coordinator? Please email our Events Chair. Remember, you get a $20 refund on your green fees for the event you coordinate. Hurry before all the spots are filled! |
 Please welcome Lois Greenwald, who has stepped up to the tee to lead the Leagues committee. Lois and her team have been hard at work to ensure that the league schedule has something to offer everyone. See for yourself; it's posted on our League Information page.
Some highlights:
- New this year: Sassamon Trace Golf Course, Natick and Weathervane Golf Club, South Weymouth
- Back by popular demand: Far Corner Golf Course, West Boxford
- Weekday 18-hole league: Wayland Country Club, Wayland
Leagues will be 15 weeks, beginning May 9. Our League Coordinators will meet on April 17 to prep for the season.
