EWGA Semi-Finals
Northeastern Region Results

Congratulations to all the players who represented the EWGA Boston Chapter at the Northeastern Semi-final level of the EWGA Championship held at Western Turnpike GC in Guilderland, NY. Four out of seven individual Boston players placed in third place or better. The scramble team had an outstanding performance, finishing in a tie for first place in regulation play.
At the end of 18 holes of play, the Boston Chapter and the Rhode Island chapter scramble teams had the same score. A "card-off" was used to determine the ultimate first place winner -- Boston came in second. It was a great  finish by an outstanding scramble team. The scramble team members are (L-R) Christine Ferrick, Linda Gilbert, Mari Ingram (Captain), and Amy Soisson.
First flight winners were Wendy Kemp (2nd place low net), and Lynne Palazzi (3rd place low gross). In the second flight, Kathy LeBlanc finished 2nd place low net. Third flight winner was Susie Guszcza who finished 2nd place low gross.
Elaine Akaka, Dee Bouffard, and Maryann Navin rounded out the Boston Chapter team. Click here to see full results for the Northeastern Region Semi-final round.
