Greetings!
It's no joke, today is the first day of the second quarter of the SADS Foundation's awareness campaign, Keeping Hearts Beating. We had a very successful first quarter, thanks to all of you, and we're excited to continue the momentum into the second quarter.

Awareness on the field
Bob DeVries is raising awareness and funds for SADS in memory of his wife Shawn DeVries, who passed away from previously undetected ARVD in 2008. In memory of Shawn and their love for baseball, Bob has made it an annual tradition to attend a game at every MLB Ballpark.
Check out Bob's website to follow him on his
cross-country quest - raising
awareness and funds for SADS conditions in a unique and meaningful way!

New to the SADS Website
We have two new pages to the SADS website dedicated to our wonderful volunteers. First, we've added volunteer resources. This page features information about how to find locations near you for each of the quarterly focuses and will be updated with tip sheets and other information regularly.
The awareness spotlight page is an up and coming spot on our website. This page will feature photos and keep you up to date on what fellow volunteers are up to.
We need your help getting this page going so be sure to send us a picture of you and your family or friends as you raise awareness in your community! It can be anything from hanging posters to sporting your Keeping Hearts Beating wristbands!
