Washington Sales Tax
As you probably already know effective July 1, 2008 Washington Sales Tax will now be based on the SHIPPING address.

The Department of Revenue Washington State has made using Sales Tax Items in QuickBooks easier.  They have a downloadable file of all the Sales Tax Codes that imports directly in.

Under Destination-based Sales Tax, click on
Get information & tools.  Then under Tools, click on QuickBooks File Format.

I would recommend that you backup your QB file BEFORE you try importing this file.  It uses the Sales Tax Items for the full state (6.5%) + the city/county % rather than the Sales Tax Groups.
