For the 40th year, generous Dilworth homeowners open their homes for the Dilworth Home Tour. Hours are Friday, 6-9 PM and Saturday 10-4 PM. See more details below.....and don't miss it.
How To Enjoy the Tour in 5 Easy Steps
1) Buy your tickets
Purchase your tickets at Paper Skyscraper, BLACKLION (Dilworth), Park Road Books, Dilworth Drug, and T. Reid & Company. Or click here buy your tickets online via Paypal.2) Plot your route Preview the 9 homes here and plot your route. (it takes a minute to load....patience.) 3) Drink Wine 4) Enjoy the Music Some homeowners leave town for the tour. Some, like Ted (owner of the Dilworth Road East home on the tour) bring their band, Roadkil, to play in their back yard during the tour (Friday night only.) Check it out. 5) Eat (and Bake) Cookies! Back by popular demand is the Girl Scout's Cookies for Kids Cancer Bake Sale--the perfect place to grab a sweet treat while touring, or stock up for your weekend orgy of desserts---all for a great cause. If you can supplement the Scouts' treats with some home-baked goodies from your kitchen (cookies,
brownies, cupcakes, whole cakes and pies, loaves of bread, cheese sticks, party mix) email Deborah Edwards to let her know you will drop off your treats at the big red cooler on her side porch at 820 Mt. Vernon Ave.
