Trees Need Love Too
STREET TREE T.L.C. - The dog days of summer are here, and our newly-planted street trees are thirsty! They need a helping hand to make it through the dry, hot weather we're having. The first year is critical for their survival, so please feel free to adopt one. In particular, these trees need regular watering to thrive, so if you see an empty gator bag around one, feel free to fill it up. (The bags regulate the rate of water to the tree, so you don't have to worry about overwatering.)
