Fialka Wins Another Gold!
At the New York Wine & Food Classic

The results of the New York Wine & Food Classic, a wine competition organized by the New York Wine & Grape Foundation, just came in. We are so excited that our very own Fialka has been awarded a gold medal! Even better, a silver medal was given to our Maréchal Foch, another favorite in our tasting room! Thank you to you all, and we will try to keep this going!!

Come enjoy a Saturday evening with a glass of Thorpe Vineyard wine! We are open for the Sunset Tasting every Saturday from 6pm till sunset until September 1st. We've so far seen the green flash once --- will we be lucky this Saturday??

Summer Sampler Weekend
on the Lake Ontario Wine Trail
August 18th & 19th 
12noon-5pm

Passports are $10 each or 2/$15.

Our August Event is focused on the fresh local produce. Enjoy the bounty of what your backyard can offer! We will be serving Zucchini Pickles, made of the fresh zucchini grown by our new staff, Traci, and her family. She also prepared the pickles for you, too!

Spice Themed Weekend  
We are all still thinking about what to be featured. Fumie's idea is to serve a piece of tofu topped with ground ginger and wasabi. You can dip it in soy sauce if you'd like. Then she found out that her "girls" were preparing fresh basil plants to be taken back home. Perhaps a basil leaf can go on the top of tofu, too. So, let us think what to do. Stay tuned!!!
