July, 2012
Greetings!

I enthusiastically welcome you (or welcome you back) to the growing mindfulness community in Southwest Florida. This newsletter is one of many streams flowing toward a deep ocean of practical wisdom and knowledge that can help you live a peaceful, healthy, and fulfilled life. Test the waters, or jump right in!

I'm preparing to send my one and only child off to college in a few weeks, so I'm working with a lot of emotions and logistical details lately! My mindfulness practice is helping me keep mind and body on an even keel.

I would so love to hear your thoughts & ideas about this newsletter! The best feedback I receive is always from students and readers.

Meditation has been shown to be a key practice for intervening in the chronic pain cycle. Read more . . .

A superb dancer, Jack is also a life-long learner, eager to try new things, and a practitioner of a variety of mind-body practices.
