Greetings!

Mindfulness is everywhere: in health, in leadership and employment, even in how we eat. It actually slows the aging process at the cellular level! Below is a short guided mindfulness practice based on the quality of mindfulness called "non-striving". Sometimes the best way to "get" anywhere is let go of the urge to be anywhere . . .  other than where and who you already are - now. Radical, I know, but a regular practice of pushing the "pause" button on the urge to be constantly "doing" can transform your life.

Let's face it-even with all the information available and expansive educational preparation-unexpected events often interfere with our plans and our best efforts to control an outcome or an event (and even ourselves!). And what happens to us, to those around us, and to the teams and organizations we lead when things get disrupted? Read more  . . .

Multitasking Woman

Multi-Tasking Can Be Toxic
For Your Business

Unfortunately, many business owners treat their mind as a buffet, piling from different dishes on the same plate and at the same time and calling it "efficiency."  Read more . .
