If you are a current MBSR student, or a past graduate, please be a part of the Day of Mindfulness Retreat at the Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve on Sunday, April 29th from 10 am to 4 pm. Bring your own lunch and wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes. If you missed your retreat during your MBSR class, don't miss it this time.
