Greetings!
Fifteen wonderful people completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) this month. I'm continually inspired and delighted by the intelligent, curious, and friendly people with whom I come into contact at Integrative Mindfulness. I've posted some of their reviews of the course here.
Thanks to the inspiration of my own coach, Lynne Pietrzyk of Shift and Wake Up , and a clever MBSR grad, I'm adding a new feature called Zen for Ten, free weekly 10 minute guided mindfulness meditation practices that you can access anytime you want to shift from doing to being. Here's the first installment:

New "All Levels" Mindfulness Class
1st & 3rd Thursdays, 10 am - noon
If you're a curious beginner and would like to get a taste of what mindfulness meditation and mindful movement are all about, or you're an experienced practitioner looking to revitalize your practice, consider attending one of the new "All Levels" classes at Integrative Mindfulness on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. We'll start with some gentle yoga, followed by a guided sitting meditation, and conclude with discussion. Cost is $20. Download Class Schedule Space is limited to 12 participants. Keep your mindfulness practice steady and strong! If you've completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) you have ongoing support with the All Levels Mindfulness Class (1st & 3rd Thursdays) and the MBSR Graduates Class (2nd & 4th Thursdays), both run from 10 am - noon. Stretch the body with some gentle yoga, quiet the mind with guided mindfulness meditation, and share discoveries with like-minded practitioners. Download the Class Schedule. Zen for Ten
Online Guided Meditations from Integrative Mindfulness
If you have ten minutes for some mental clarity you're invited to join Madeline Ebelini for Zen for Ten- pre-recorded guided meditations that you can access for free anytime. A new meditation will be posted each week. Going forward, you'll be able to access Zen for Ten recordings at the Integrative Mindfulness website or Facebook page.
