Letter from the President
Customer Service
Happy October! Have you ever been to a company or a website and had an all-around excellent experience? I have and I remember it. I also remember the ones that are truly horrendous and I make it a point to not go back there. At Part-Time Pros, we have made great investments in our technology to enable a user friendly experience. However, we may not get it right all the time, so this month I am reaching out to you, the job seeker. You have likely worked with a myriad of agencies and I am curious how our services stack up with the rest. Is our site user friendly? Are you greeted with kindness and respect when you call our office? Do you feel like we are truly here to help you? Answers to these questions are truly important to me and I look forward to your feedback. I will take each response very seriously and do my absolute best to respond to each one personally.
As a small-business owner, it's in my best interest to provide out-of-this-world experience for candidates. I know that every door that leads to the candidate is part of the candidate's experience: every word on our site, every e-mail message you receive, and every conversation between you and us. Your experience is determined by the service we provide, the navigation of our site, and the overall satisfaction we provide for you, our candidate.
I know that people who have good experiences tell a few friends. People who have bad experiences tell everyone they know. We have strived to do the following, but if we are missing the mark- please, speak up. We are still small and therefore agile!
- Post all necessary information on our website. This will make it easy for applicants to help themselves. Are there additional documents that should be included or available to you?
- Perform quick and inexpensive usability tests to ensure ease of use from the candidates standpoint. And when we make changes to the site, perform the tests again.
- Build credibility by adding the human touch: We let our applicants know that there are real people behind the web site. The e-mail info@parttimepros.com or info@tulsamedpros.com goes to every single employee, within our office, to ensure that it is responded to and that your voice is heard by all.
- Ask our applicants for feedback. This is the purpose of this newsletter.
Thank you in advance for helping us constantly be the best that we can be and put great professionals back to work!
All our best,
Carey
