J-HAP has named Jennifer Lewin as its first Executive Director, effective September 1, 2012. Ms. Lewin has been serving as a consultant to the organization for nearly two years. She is thrilled to be stepping up in a leadership role for the organization and share her skills, passion and vison for J-HAP.

Most recently, Ms. Lewin has served as Executive Director of Skyline Consluting working with non-profits focused on families, disabilities and education. She has worked extensively over the past ten years in the Twin Cities metro area in leadership roles in several non-profit organizations, from service provider to manager to Founder and Executive Director. In each organization, Ms. Lewin has left her mark with innovative programs, an impressive array of professional partnerships and substantial organizational growth. She is also a for-profit business owner and is able to bring that expertise into the non-profit sector.
