LetterGreetings!
NETA is pleased to bring you the acclaimed documentary Bernardin in time for the 15th Anniversary of Cardinal Bernardin's death on November 14, 2011.  Now in HD, this award-winning documentary recalls the life and legacy of the Catholic Cardinal of Chicago--Joseph Bernardin. At a time when the world is all too often short on good words about religion and religious leaders, Cardinal Bernadin's integrity and courage are inspiring. The one-hour documentary profiles Joseph Bernardin's efforts in the nuclear arms movement, against the false accusations of sexual misconduct and his highly publicized heroic battle with cancer.

The release of Bernardin will be accompanied by an organized national promotion campaign.

Bernardin is produced by Martin Doblmeier ("BONHOEFFER," "The Power of Forgiveness") and Frank Frost of Journey/Frost Productions, Family Theater Productions and Sante Fe Communications. It is distributed to public television stations by NETA. Funded by Margaret A. Paluch, Solo Cup Foundation and Raskob Foundation, local underwriting is permissible.  The documentary was originally released in 1998 through APS.

Please contact me if you have questions. I'll be in touch with you about your carriage plans during the next months. A fact sheet follows.
