We are pleased to offer the following Winter Clinic options for our players in preparation for the upcoming 2012 spring season. All clinics will be held at The Clubhouse (2215 Black Rock Turnpike) and registration will be handled directly with this facility. Pricing for these clinics is $150 for the 7-8 year old group and $160 for the 9-10 and 11-12 year old groups. Please read through all of this information, including available registration options towards the end of this email.

Suggested Add-On: This recommended program is modeled after Major League Spring Training. Athletes will play in instructional indoor baseball games (60 minutes) while they receive instruction and guidance during game-play from a Clubhouse Instructor. This program adds two weeks to the program for ages 7-8, and three weeks to the program for ages 9-10 and 11-12.

The Clubhouse will open additional sessions of the 5 x 5 and 7 x 7 games as needed.
Registration Options
- Families who are comfortable with online enrollment may purchase the appropriate "Package" from The Clubhouse ONLINE STORE and then enroll in the Clinic of their choice on the Winter 2011-12 Clinics Tab
- As an alternative to online registration, if you have a credit card already on file with The Clubhouse, you can send an email to Lindsay indicating the clinic that you'd like to select and authorizing The Clubhouse to charge your account accordingly
- Otherwise, please contact The Clubhouse directly at 203.292.8700 and either Lindsay or Kristen will assist with your registration
We would like to encourage/remind families to do the following:
- Leave your bats at home. The Clubhouse will provide bats during the clinics.
- Bring your own clearly labeled helmets and gloves if you own them
- Athletes ages 9-12 will be training in our team space, near the back entrance of The Clubhouse. Parents should use the front parking lot and drop their children off using the brass doors (between Old Navy and Aspen Dental) in the front of the building. Athletes will be able to line-up/sit on benches along the wall (in the team space) while they wait for their name-tag and check-in.
- Athletes ages 7-8 will be working in Bay 3 and should be dropped off/checked-in at the Front Desk
