Picture Day at Mill Hill is just around the corner, so here's the information that you'll need to know...

Shelby LeVino will be shooting every member of each team (including team pictures) on a specific schedule over the next two weekends.  Team time slots will be communicated to each player's family by your team manager.  In the meantime, please note the master schedule for each league below:

5/21:  9:00 am - 12:00 pm:  T-Ball
5/21:  1:00 pm - 4:00 pm:  Senior Cappy
5/22:  9:00 am - 12:00 pm:  Junior Cappy
5/22:  1:00 pm - 4:00 pm:  Future Stars/Majors
6/4:  9:00 am - 12:00 pm:  AA
6/4:  1:00 pm - 4:00 pm:  AAA
6/5:  Rain Date

Again, each team in a given league will have a specific time slot that will be determined and communicated by your team manager.

Here are a few guidelines to ensure the photo sessions run smoothly:
  • Please be on time.  This means being at Mill Hill 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to process the paperwork.
  • As soon as you get to the field proceed directly to the check-in desk.  Please fill out your form and hand it to the staff.  They will accept payment, verify the information and provide further instructions.
  • Please have your child wear their complete uniform, including hat
  • Please come to Picture Day even if you have no plans to buy any photos.  We will photograph all players so that team pictures can be as complete as possible.
  • If your child has a conflict and can't make their scheduled time, please show up at any alternative session and we'll squeeze them in
  • If your family would like a photo but are facing financial difficulties please contact Shelby LeVino directly at support@shelbylevino.com

Gould Manor Fundraising - 2nd Annual FALL Golf Tournament
Carl Spackler

Ever try to show off your arm by throwing a golf ball from tee to green on a Par 3? How about using a bat to "drive" a ball down the fairway?  Experience these events and more at our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament on June 6, 2011 at H. Smith Richardson Golf Course.  In addition to the golf, we'll have silent auctions and raffles at the end of the day.  All proceeds from this event go towards our "Make Gould Great!" fund for the renovation project at Gould Manor.  Sign up as an individual golfer or as a twosome or foursome.  You can even sponsor a hole during the registration process!

To register for this event, please click here.
