Executive Director Notes
Since 2008 Mill City Commons members have raised money during the Holidays to provide Turkey, Dressings, and Extra Helpings to 50 families in the Jordan neighborhood in North Minneapolis. We're asking you once again to open your hearts and pocketbooks to families in this neighborhood devastated by the May 22nd tornado. Please consider making a tax deductible donation to Mill City Commons that we will use to purchase food and other necessities. Nosy Neighbor Tour - Grain Belt Brewhouse & American Craft Council Library
Thursday, June 2, 9:30 am - 11:00 am; RSP Architects, 1220 Marshall Street NE 
Start the tour at RSP Architects and explore the renovated historic brewhouse. We'll finish with a tour of the American Craft Council library containing over 6,400 books, 7,000 exhibition catalogs, 700 bound volumes of leading periodicals, a substantial collection of artist files and an accompanying database. Shades of Red: The Evolution of Early Soviet Painting

Join us for a docent led tour of 56 superb works by Soviet artists painted during decades immediately following the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917. MCC Bikers

Join other MCC members and guests for a twice monthly bike tour. We've scheduled two tours; one for a 10-15 mile more leisurely ride and a second 20-30 mile faster paced tour. Meet tour leaders Bud Hayden and Ron Vantine at the Chicago Mall (next to the Guthrie). Bud will lead the 10-15 mile tour and Ron will lead the 20-30 mile tour on the 14th. Northern Spark Festival
