Over the past few years, slowly but steadily, Brazil has been climbing the heights to become the 5th biggest economy in the world, and now it's even preparing to host two of the most important global events: the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and the 2014 World Cup. All this has inspired the 5th Brazil Film Fest in Toronto to begin a celebration of the diverse and rich culture of Brazil's many states, starting in 2011 with the theme of Bahia, a place for everybody.
The Brazil Film Fest not only showcases Brazilian films, but also works to create opportunities to develop and consolidate professional and creative contacts between Brazil and Canada. If your company has an active presence in the Canadian and/or the Brazilian markets, or if your company wants to have a presence in these two markets, the festival can be the opportunity you have been looking for.
The 2010 Brazil Film Fest had partnerships and co-presentations with some of the most influential arts/film festivals of Toronto, like Hot Docs, Inside Out and Contact Toronto Photography Festival. It also had a great media coverage and marketing effort, with paid ads in the print media, and posters spread throughout the city, which helped to raise the Festival's presence in Toronto. For this year, the Festival is co-presenting a film with Hot Docs and there are much more to come.

FORIND 2011 - 5th Fair of Industrial Suppliers of the Interior of São Paulo

The ForInd is a fair that promotes the equipment, supplies and services industry with large business groups, particularly those contained in a radius of 200 km from Sertãozinho, host city of the Fair.
