FACC-FL Newsletter

Greetings!

we are excited about the New Year 2011, and all the opportunities it will bring. Even that the economic indicators are still not very uplifting we believe there are many business opportunities in the region.
According to 2010 Census Data, Florida's population increased by +17.6% putting Florida on the 10th place on population density by state with its 18,801,310 people. This tells that Florida keeps attracting more and  more people. At least the Canadians are finding us, as Air Canada launched a non stop service from Montreal to the Palm Beach International airport.
Our goal is be your number one recourse when it comes to finding business partner, recruiting, looking for internship opportunities, establishing business in S.Florida or other business related needs.
If you have ideas on how we can better serve you, please do not hesitate to give us a call 561 460 2735 or send an e-mail info@facc-fl.com

Donation to Judith Johnson Family Medical Fund from FACC-FL

Playhouse donationFACC arranged Tenorissimo concert during the sister city visit from Lappeenranta Finland on November 12th, 2010 at Lake Worth(LW) Playhouse. Prior the event, the ticket office manager from LW Playhouse was involved in a serious car accident and needed medical treatment and her insurance did not cover all the expenses. Many people and businesses decided to donate to her medical fund. FACC board was touched by this tragic incident and the board decided to donate a portion of each ticket sold including complimentary tickets to Judith Johnson Family Medical fund. FACC President Lena Hartikainen and Treasurer Peter Makila delivered the check to LW Playhouse General Manager Stephanie Smith. Our donation was received with appreciation. We like to be part of the community and participate in the needs of good causes like this one.
