The jingle bells have started ringing and holiday shoppers are making their lists. Consider choosing a "culinary experience" as an unique gift for a friend, family member or client.

I have a new appreciation of what it takes to host a cooking show. It was a fun, but busy day prepping, staging, shooting (re-shooting), and of course sampling! Thanks to the folks at PaperChef and their agency, Compass360, for choosing From the Farm Cooking School for their Holiday Campaign. Yes, this culinary paper is the best I've ever used. You will be amazed at it's versatility and making clean-up a breeze in your kitchen! I even cook my bacon on it now. New Season to Launch in February 2012team buidling

Our third season will launch earlier this year. With the increased popularity of culinary travel and lots to explore in the County in the winter months, we decided to start the season in February. Still in seasonal mode, we will offer some unique classes during these months from chocolate making to a tour of our local mushroom farm. Lots to discover and learn while visiting our beautiful Prince Edward County.
