Senior Meals & Activities
Tai chi
Last week's T'ai Chi  session was a big success. Thanks to Christy Parker for the photos.

Senior Meals & Activities is held each week here at All Saints in the parish hall. It begins at 10:00 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Each meal includes soup, salad and dessert. Please try it for lunch.

CROP Walk

Our own Natalie Rollins - of last year's confirmation class - will be speaking during the 10 a.m. service about the upcoming CROP  Walk. Susan Fuller and members of our youth group will be participating in this years walk. The CROP HUNGER WALK is on October 14.  CROP Hunger Walks help fight hunger and poverty locally and globally.  Twenty-five percent of the money we raise on October 14 will benefit the LIFE MINISTRIES Food Pantry in Wolfeboro and the AGAPE Food Pantry in Ossipee.  You're invited to participate!  You can walk or you can support a walker.  If you'd like to walk, contact Susan Fuller at 515-1223 or sfuller5277@yahoo.com for information and a pledge envelope. If you'd like to pledge money to support a walker you can sign up at coffee hour the next three Sundays, Sept. 30, Oct. 7 and 14.  You can also pledge or sign up to walk at www.cropwalkonline.org.  Join us in Ending Hunger One Step At a Time.

Behind the Scenes at All Saints': Flower Guild
Phil Wasmuth brings us this series of photos and "inside information" for the Enews. Thank you, Phil, for helping us get to know some of our Saints  - and their good works - a little better!

Flower Guild Sue Adams Like most men I usually, but not always, noticed the flowers that add beauty each week to our sanctuary. I gave little thought to how the flowers got to the sanctuary until I became a member of the vestry.  I then became aware of all that was happening at our church after hearing reports about the various committees that work behind the scenes to enhance our spiritual experience.

The saints who do this often toil by choice in anonymity. Thus my purpose is not to put the spotlight on those doing the work, but rather to raise the awareness of our congregation of all that is happening, "behind the scenes at All Saints'."

Last week the altar guild was highlighted, and today I would like to highlight the flower guild.  The flower guild places flowers in our sanctuary each Sunday.  They also  decorate our sanctuary for the Christmas and Easter seasons.

The co-chairs for the Flower Guild are Charlene Anderson and Louis Graham.  Additional members of the guild are: Sue Adams, Penny Curtis, Fenton Friend, Jackie McLaughlin and her daughter, Elizabeth, Cate McMahon, Jane Milligan, Kit Peterson, Linda Siracusa, and Anne Bullitt
Fall Prevention Forum
Fall prevention
Many seniors took advantage of the information and advice offered at last week's Fall Prevention Forum. Thanks to Christy Parker for the photos!
Thanks!
Blood drive

Donna Young
wishes to say thank you to all the volunteers who took time out of their Saturday to make our blood drive a success. Thank you to our bakers, the treats were yummy! Some of the Saints (right) who helped out were Florence Pearson and her daughter, Carol Pearson, Gail Holm, Sandi JohnsonCarolyn Sundquist, & Don Holm

Thank you for all who volunteered at the first outreach luncheon of the fall.
