Sunday School Begins

Sunday School resumes this Sunday, September 9. The Church School Barbecue will follow the 10AM service. Parishioners are especially welcome to come and enjoy a barbecue with the teachers, parents and children who will be engaged in this year's Christian Ed program. Church School Coordinator, Nancy Thomas, invites participation from parishioners in church school programs and will keep the congregation informed of opportunities where they might help on a one-time or reguar basis.

Election Day Bake Sale
The ECW Voting Day Bake Sale will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 11th. Please remember that our bake sale revenue helps fund all of the ECW's outreach programs and there's no such things s "too much" when it comes to the sale: we always sell out by early afternoon.

Soup and sandwiches in addition to cookies, pies, cakes, etc. are big sellers. Goods can be dropped off in our bake sale room or the kitchen on Monday (9/10) or early Tuesday morning.

Volunteers to sell are also needed, if you have an hour or two to help, contact Martha @569-9421.
Vestry Meeting

Vestry Meeting next Sunday following the 10 a.m. service.

Blood Drive Volunteers Needed
All Saints' is hosting and sponsoring a blood drive on Saturday, September 22nd. We are in need of some volunteers and some baked goods. There will be two shifts: 9:45 - 1 and 12:45 - 4. Volunteer opportunities include: one greeter, two donor escorts, two canteen servers, one registration assistant, two refreshment volunteers and two people at 8 am and 4 pm to help set up and take down. They provide some snacks and juice but anything else baked by us is welcome. Please let me know if you are willing to help this blood drive be successful. Sign up sheets are on the bulletin board. Thank you.

ECW Meeting
All Saints' ECW will hold its first meeting on Wednesday September 19th. Meeting will be in the parish hall at 9:30 a.m. and will begin with the annual fall potluck brunch followed by a wonderful book report with our own Mary Williams. Every woman in the church is invited to attend this fun-filled morning.
Final Days of Fall L&T "Bag Sale"

Today (Friday, 9/7) and tomorrow Lord & Tailor wraps up the fall bag sale days: $2 per bag on Friday and $1 per bag on Saturday. This is in preparation for the switch to fall clothing. If you are able to help get ready for autumn sales (beginning September 8), please contact Sandi Johnson.
