As Spring approaches, we are excited to share with you our latest news from Sing for Hope!  2010 promises great things, and we look forward to having you with us on the journey.  We invite you to take a look at our new video, donated by our amazing friends at jumP.

In 3 speedy years (time flies when you're having fun!), Sing for Hope has become the go-to resource for professional artists who donate time and talent to benefit schools, hospitals, and communities. Our Donor Artists' arts activism in action has touched the lives of more than 3,000 underserved children, more than 2,000 hospital patients, and more than 40 vital humanitarian organizations.

Sing for Hope at the Metropolitan Museum of Art
Sing for Hope
has collaborated with The Metropolitan Museum of Art to create Bringing It To YOU - a multidisciplinary arts day of gallery tours and featured performances for New York City school children.  The event features Donor Artists Nicole Cabell, Kevin Mambo and stars of Avenue Q and will take place at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on March 4, 2010.  Museum gallery tours begin at 12:30pm and performances begin at 2:30pm in the Grace Rainey Rogers AuditoriumRead more...

Help Haiti and Chile with Disaster Relief Lullabies on CD "SLEEP IS BEHIND THE DOOR"
Thank you to all of you who are reaching out to Haiti and Chile.  In response to the disasters, Sing for Hope Donor Artist Courtenay Budd has re-released "SLEEP IS BEHIND THE DOOR: Lullabies for Disaster Relief" (CDBaby's "Lullaby CD of the Year") with 100% of the purchase price going to support victims of the Haitian and Chilean earthquakes. Screening of Documentary "Bethlehem to Brooklyn"
Join HAI and Sing for Hope for a special screening of the documentary Bethlehem to Brooklyn by donor artist Fran Tarr.

The film documents the experiences of teens in Bethlehem and inner-city Brooklyn who choose the power of creative expression over the tyranny of violence.

A gift of $100 provides a live musical performance to 30 students or brings bedside performances to 20 hospital-bound patients

A gift of $10,000 provides a year-long arts and leadership residency to 60 underserved public schoolchildren or
entirely supports an in-hospital performance series for hundreds of patients
