Six blog entries this week on InkjetMall Blog where we introduce inks now for the Epson 7890 and 9890 printers, some important technical support reads, and lots more. Perhaps the most interesting read here is the ten different matte and photo blacks we now offer for ConeColor and Piezography users. Two new blacks are of particular interest. The new ConeColor HDR Photo Black is backwards compatible and will dramatically increasing the dMax of ConeColor K2, K3 or K3 Vivid ink sets. A new Piezography Photo Black can be used to increase the warmth and dMax of shadows....

Over at the Piezography Blog you can learn how I married Mark Nelson's Precision Digital Negative System to the Piezography inks for making negs and positives for silver printing and alternative process. Also, we updated our Piezography manuals (you should not be following the instructions that come with the QTR download). Piezography workflow is different than that of the regular QTR workflow.
