I am introducing ConeColor pre-filled 220ml carts for the Epson 4800 printer. We already sell funnel fill ReUsable carts. This is a new item. Not everyone likes having to refill a cart with a funnel when the ink runs low. It is not difficult by any means. However, some people like to simply insert a new cart when they run out of ink. They just want to print! I got tons of requests for pre-filled carts. But, I've been tyring to emphasize being GREEN! So this is my ReUsable pre-filled solution.

These carts are pre-filled with ConeColor K3 inks, but are also ReUsable. ConeColor ink is compatible with Epson ink and you can replace one cart at a time as you run out. You can even use the Epson ICC printer profiles with ConeColor ink. The chips on my carts can be reset by our large format resetter. My carts can be easily refilled with 220ml of ink by using our syringe with a blunt 3" needle. ConeColor K3 bulk ink is here. The refill process is not difficult and we will post a video of it next week.

If you're serious about production printing, or simply do not want to run out of ink in the middle of a print run...you should have an extra set of pre-filled carts on hand. When you need to refill a cart or carts, you can do so at your leisure. When you run out or run low...just grab the extra pre-filled cart. This is just like using Epson carts, but at a fraction of the cost, and with the ability to refill easily.

Our carts have a two year shelf life. They only need to be agitated before use. We fill them ourselves right here in Vermont with professional filling equipment. We only sell fresh inventory. The expiration date is right on our ink label. So, you can buy two sets with confidence. We are going to be providing pre-fills in these other models next week!
