The Priority List
The investment management unit, over the next month, will reposition and re-structure the Investment Management Standard by:- positioning the standard to support further evolution without major
redevelopment
enable access to the standard from a range of starting points
-
introduce the new format for the ILM -
integrate Service Logic and Investment Prioritisation practice
finalise the Organisation Investment Logic guidance standardise the language across the IMS and DTF practices
Once this is completed we will - develop a Program Evaluation guideline
- develop an Options Analysis guidance for the Business Case Guidelines

What next?
You will receive a number of emails asking for your
comment and feedback on the above topics as they are developed. We will be starting with the new format for the ILM which you will receive around June 8.
