This time of year is utterly magical. No matter what one's spiritual faith, it is a season filled with giving, hope, light, and love. Personally, I believe in angels, and I've always imagined that when they witness humans demonstrating their love for one another, it makes them joyful. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a wonderful season of giving, hope, light, and love, and ask you to listen for those angels singing with joy.

My new novel, THRESHOLD, hit Amazon's Metaphysical Fiction Bestsellers List on November 27, and reviews have been excellent! This paranormal thriller about a boy who drowns, has a near-death experience, and returns with a mission, is a touching tale of courage and love. I hope you read it.

In November I announced a casting call for a black tri Australian Shepherd to represent Wigglebutt, the Aussie character I introduced in THRESHOLD. So many awesome Aussies were submitted for consideration that the decision was practically impossible. Thank goodness I had help. The artist who was designing a Squidoo lens about THRESHOLD helped me choose RJ. RJ's person is Karen Jones, and his registered name is Int'l Ch. Everlasting's RudeN TudeN Cowboy HSAs, CGC. He actually is a working sheep dog out of Karen's kennel, Everlasting Aussies. Disclosure: RJ is a boy and Wigglebutt is a girl. Karen said, "In order to not crush RJ's ego, I will remind him that Lassie was really a boy." :-)
